Xiaomi Mi 5 is the successor of Mi4, from Xiaomi, which will also be the flagship device of the company. This device has been unveiled in China and will be available very soon in China, India, Malaysia, Brazil, Indonesia and the Philippines and then move to other countries. Interestingly, the Xiaomi Mi 5 will be available in three different versions – standard edition which features 3 GB LPDD4 RAM and 32GB inbuilt, Prime version featuring same 3 GB LPDDR4 RAM but 64GB storage, and the Pro version featuring 4 GB LPDD4 RAM and 128GB storage. The smartphone will also go on sale in China starting March 1 and are priced at CNY 1,999 (approximately Rs. 21,000), at CNY 2,299 (approximately Rs. 24,000) and CNY 2,699 (approximately Rs. 28,000) respectively.
The Mi 5 comes with a 3D ceramic body and will be powered by a dual-core Snapdragon 820 processor. Apart from these, the device also supports fast charging, which can charge the device up to 83% in 30 minutes.
