Swipe launches Elite Max Smartphone with Glass Body in India at Rs 10,999

The Indian smartphone manufacturer Swipe who is known for its affordable range of smartphones has launched a new smartphone called the Swipe Elite Max today here in New Delhi, India. The device looks quite elegant with the Titanium frame with frosted glass covering the back. In terms of the specs, we are looking at a mid-ranged device which is powered by the Snapdragon 430 octa-core processor which is clocked at 1.4GHz. It has 4GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage out of the box which can be expanded via a microSD card upto 128GB. It has a 5.5″ FHD display on the front which is an IPS display.

The Swipe Elite Max runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow with custom UI on top of it. On the camera side of things, we have a 13MP rear-facing shooter and an 8MP front facing camera. The whole package is kept powered by 3,000 mAh battery which has a zip charge attribute. Coming to the pricing and availability, the smartphone will be available to purchase starting 16th December exclusively from Flipkart for 10,999 INR in Black Onyx color variant. Earlier – Swipe is a little-known smartphone manufacturer from India. With the affordable price tag, the company has sold quite a few smartphone in the most price sensitive market. Now, the company has announced to launch the all new Swipe Elite Max smartphone soon in the market. We got some official specifications regarding the device but the pricing is still unknown. The device sports a Titanium frame with frosted glass laid on the back of Elite Max. It gets a premium look with the glossy finish Onyx Black color variant. On the front is a 5.5-inch Full HD (1920 x 1080 pixels) IPS display with 1mm thin bezels on the sides.

Under the hood, the Swipe Elite Max is powered by 64-bit Snapdragon 430 octa-core processor clocked at 1.4GHz and coupled with Adreno 505 GPU. It includes 4GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage that can be expanded upto another 128GB via provided MicroSD card slot. The circular fingerprint sensor can be found on the back of the device. It runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow with slightly customized UI on top. The power button and the volume rocker can be found on the right edge of the device. It has a bottom facing speaker that are mentioned to offer stereo sound effect.

The Elite Max sports a 13MP rear camera with PDAF and dual tone LED flash. It also has an 8MP fixed selfie camera on the front. It offers several features like HDR, OptiZoom, UbiFocus, Portrait, and Sports mode in the camera app. The device is backed kept powered on by a 3,000mAh non-removable battery that is rated to deliver two days of battery life with normal usage. It also supports Quick Charge 2.0 fast charging technology which can give battery life required for 5.5 hours of talk time with just 10 minutes of charging. It has dual SIM dual standby support and offers 4G VoLTE out fo the box.
