Swipe Technologies has launched another budget smartphone dubbed as Swipe Konnect 5.1. This 5-inch device comes with a FWVGA (480 x 854 pixels) TFT display with a pixel density of 225ppi. The handset is powered by a 1.2 GHz quad-core processor coupled with 1 GB of RAM. The device is exclusively available for Rs. 3,999 via Snapdeal and will be available in Sandstone Black colour variant. We have also seen many budget devices this year, but the world’s cheapest smartphone Freedom 251 from Ringing Bells has all eye on it.

Inserting an SIM can sometimes be a bit tricky but in this case its very simple and easy. Firstly switch off your device if you have booted it and remove the back panel. Now insert the SIM in their respective port and put back the cover and power on your device. You have successfully inserted SIM card on your device and will be ready to use once the device is setup.
Konnect 5.1 is dual SIM smartphone and supports dual stand by. The SIM card supported by the device is Micro SIM card.
To use this feature on your Konnect 5.1, open the Settings and tap on more button in Wireless & networks. In the new window tap on the Portable hotspot and click on Portable Wi-Fi Hotspot to enable that on your device.
