The Notebook 9 from Samsung was announced earlier this year at the CES event. Now the South Korean Giant has decided to update the series of laptops and has added few new features and will be coming in 13.3-inch and 15-inch series will come with a fingerprint sensor built-in. The pricing and availability of these devices are not yet known. Both these 13.3-inch and 15-inch laptops come with an ultra-slim bezel and also a near edge-to-edge display that reclines 180°.
The bigger 15-inch Notebook 9 is powered by Windows 10 OS and this laptop will feature a 1080p Full HD display and can be configured upto Intel Core i7 processor with memory options of 4GB or 8GB LPDDR3 while the storage option is 128 GB/256 GB SSD. The connectivity option includes a USB Type-C port, 2 USB 3.0 ports, an HDMI port, mini Ethernet, microSD, HP/mic and Bluetooth.
The device comes with a Fingerprint sensor that is built-in on to the device and also supports Windows Hello that lets its user sign-in to the device just with a touch. The battery on the back can provide life up to 12 hours, and there is also a quick charging feature which will charge it fully in 20 minutes. The device measures 347.9 mm X 229.4 mm X 14.9mm and weighs 0.98 kgs that makes it easier to carry.
The smaller 13.3-inch Notebook 9 also comes with similar specifications like its sibling, but the connectivity option includes Bluetooth v4.1, 1.5W x 2 speakers, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac 2X2 a 720p camera o the front and a Dual Array Digital Mic.
