Samsung Galaxy A5 (2017) & Galaxy A7 (2017) Smartphones announced in India with 3GB RAM & Fast Charging

The South Korean Giant has announced two smartphones in India called as the Galaxy A5 and Galaxy A7.These two devices will be an addition to the Galaxy A series and are priced at Rs. 28,990 and 33,490 respectively. These devices will be available from 15th of March, and these devices were unveiled in the month of January earlier this year. These devices will be made available via offline as well as online stores and will also come with a glass built with a curved back.

Many might already know the specs of these, but in case if you have missed them, the smaller Galaxy A5 (2017) will be coming with a 5.2-inch FHD Super AMOLED 2.5D curved display with Corning Gorilla Glass 4 glass protection on top. To power the handset there is an Octa-Core 1.9 GHz Exynos 7880 Processor coupled with Mali-T830MP3 GPU and 3GB of RAM. The onboard memory of the device is 32GB which can be further extended up to a maximum of 256GB via dedicated microSD card slot.

The Galaxy A5 will come with the 16MP rear-facing camera with LED flash and is also capable of taking 1080p videos. There is also a 16MP selfie camera for video calling and selfie lovers. On the rear, there is a 3000mAH battery to power the device to come with fast charging technology. It will also come with the connectivity required for the device along with a fingerprint scanner to enhance the security levels.

The Galaxy A7 comes with a bigger 5.7-inch FHD Super AMOLED display with 2.5D curved display and will be powered by the same Octa-core 1.9 GHz Exynos 7880 processor coupled with Mali T830MP3 GPU and 3GB RAM. There is the same 16MP camera on this device on both the sides and will also sport a fingerprint scanner. There is a 3600mAH battery on the rear to power the device with Fast charging technology which is 600mAH bigger than Galaxy A5.
