Published

We have few campaigns on crowd-funding sites coming with the earbuds with wireless support. Earlier we have seen Earin, Dash, and Dot; who successfully raised the inventory, but failed to ship the product to the backers. San Francisco based Pearbuds is the new entrant to come with the world’s smallest Bluetooth earbuds.

As per the company, Pearbuds are completely wireless earbuds that are smallest in the world and also has the longest battery life when compared to any other Bluetooth earbuds. The earbuds come with combined Bluetooth chip and audio technology that makes the overall size reduced to less than the size of a coin.

The earbuds will last up to 6 hours on a single charge and get another two full charges of battery life through the charging case that will be shipped along with the earbuds. It also comes with IP53 certification that means they are both water and dust resistant.

With the such a small size, the company doesn’t want to compromise on the sound output of the earbuds. It uses the AptX codec for maintaining the sound quality equal to the sound from a CD. The earbuds also come with integrated noise cancellation for better sound clarity.

They can easily connected to any music streaming device that supports Bluetooth connectivity. When connected to your device, you can use the earbuds with apps, games, videos, calls along with the music.

The company achieved its goal of $50,000 in just 9 hours after launching on Kickstarter. Now for the extra money, the company will provide color options when they achieve $450K, Bud Locks at $700K, and when the company finally achieve $1M they will listen to the backers for additional features.

The first 1,500 backers got the Pearbuds earphones for just $99 and after that they are selling at $119 where the retail pricing of the earbuds is $199. The package consists the earbuds along with a small charger for charging the earbuds on the go.
