OPPO Mobiles enters Nepal with the F1s Smartphone launched at NPR 32, 390

Oppo has entered the mobile market in 2008 and is now an official global partner of ICC (International Cricket Council) starting 2016. Now this smartphone maker is set to enter new territory i.e. Nepal. Crowned as number 4 smartphone brand worldwide in quarter 2, Oppo has now launched its selfie expert Oppo F1s in Nepal today. The device is priced at NPR 32, 390 and has launched in an event held in Nepal featured with Reecha Sharma and Karma Shakya who shared their experience about the device.

The already famous Oppo F1s will come with a 5.5-inch screen and is powered by an Octa-core processor coupled with 3 GB of RAM. Moreover, there is a 16MP front facing camera which is for selfie addicts. There is also a 0.22s fingerprint sensor to enhance the security of the device. At the back, the company included a 3075 mAh battery, and the onboard memory is at 32 GB.

Commenting on this new development, Mr Sky Li – OPPO Global VP, MD of International Mobile Business and President of OPPO India, said, “Nepal is an important market for us due to our focus on South Asia. Oppo is focusing on the capital Kathmandu initially for the first three months and will later expand to Pokhara. It has also plan to sell across 500 retail outlets and also establish 8 Oppo experience stores in a year. There are plans of building an after sale service store at the City Centre which Nepal’s first integrated air conditioned Centre. Oppo is also offering a 30 days 1-to-1 exchange offer as an after sale policy and apart from F1s the people in Nepal will also have access to Neo 7 and A37 smartphones also.
