Motorola Moto E 4G is a budget smart phone which has received much more applause from the phone lovers released by Motorola. In fact, Moto E has gained more priority than Moto G 4G after the addition of 4G and a speed boost in its new Motorola Moto E 4G. This all new Moto E 4G has packed up with Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 processor and is performing well.

But, as everyone knows that, android devices may arise few performance issues after using for few months. The same is with Motorola Moto E 4G. But be performing few minor tasks, we can speed up the device for better performance.

Disable Animations

Due to the animations, many smart phones perform slower than expected. Same is the case with Motorola Moto E 4G. Moto E 4G users who are experiencing the slow performance issue can try this in order to speed up their device.

You can find the developer options in the settings of your device. Under developer options, alter the animation settings and reduce the animations to 0.5x for better performance. Also, you can disable the animation feature for speeding up the device.

Clear App Cache

One of the most common phenomenons we come across in the android is Cache. For every app you use, cache will be stored in the background and which will be the reason for the slow performance of the device if not cleared.

So, it is always advisable to clear the cache of the apps regularly. In order to do so, just open the app manager in your Moto E 4G smart phone and open each app and tap on clear cache option. It clears the cache from your device and helps in speeding up the device to some extent.

Disable Apps

Motorola Moto E 4G user should regularly check the apps stored in his/her device. The apps which are not required should be disabled for the better performance of the device. Moto E 4G users should uninstall the unnecessary apps in the device as few apps will be responsible for the slower performance of the device.

In order to uninstall the apps, just open the app in the app manager and tap o0n the uninstall button. Also, make sure not to install any unnecessary apps as they not only slow down the performance but also occupy some storage space.

Restart the Phone

Few of the Moto E 4G users has reported that, the opening and loading of apps is slow and taking time. In order to resolve this issue, we tried to restart the phone and surprisingly it worked very well. So, just close all the applications and turn off the device and make it ON again. The issue seems to be solved and at the same time you will observe the faster performance of the device.

Wipe cache partition and Factory Data Reset

By wiping cache partition, you can make your Motorola Moto E 4G device to perform faster than normal. But in order to do so, you need to turn on the phone in the recovery mode. So, follow your device’s manual to turn on the phone in the recovery mode and select the Wipe Cache partition to complete the process.

There is another alternative to speed up your Moto E 4G phone through factory reset. Before proceeding to factory reset the device, make sure to take back up of your data as factory reset will wipe away all the data on your device. Follow your device manual to get the factory reset option. By factory reset, not only your Motorola Moto E 4G smart phone gets a new look but also it performs faster than normal. But try this option, only when your device becomes extremely slow.
