After unveiling the Meizu M3 Note in China last month, today the company has officially launched it in India. The device sports some good mid-range specifications and is priced very reasonably in China. In India, Meizu brought the higher version if M3 Note and is priced at Rs. 9,999. It will be exclusively sold through Amazon India. The registrations begin from today, and the first sale will be held on May 31st. The device sports unibody design and is completely built out of Aluminum alloy.
It sports a 2.5D 5.5-inch Full HD (1920 x 1080 pixels) display and is powered by the Helio P10 octa-core processor clocked at 1.8GHz. In China, the device was launched in two variants with 2GB RAM + 16GB storage and 3GB RAM + 32GB storage. The company has launched the 3GB variant in India, and it also includes a MicroSD card slot for storage expansion. It sports a 13MP rear camera with PDAF and f/2.2 aperture and for selfies, it includes a 5MP front camera with f/2.0 aperture.
The M3 Note runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop with customized Flyme 5.1 OS overlaid. It is backed by a 4,100mAh battery which can last more than a day of usage. The fingerprint sensor embedded into the physical home button in the front can unlock in just 0.2 seconds. It supports dual SIM dual standby and offers 4G LTE + VoLTE along with other basic connectivity features. It measures 153.8 x 75.6 x 8.2 mm and weighs 163 grams.
Meizu also launched the entry-level Meizu M3 in China but the company hasn’t mentioned any details about the launch of this device in India. The design looks similar to M3 Note but is built out of plastic. It sports a 5-inch HD display and is powered by MediaTek MT6750 octa-core processor. The device comes in two variants with 2GB and 3GB of RAM along with 16GB and 32GB of storage. It packs 13MP primary camera, 5MP front camera, and a 2,870mAh battery.
