Intex Launches Aqua Eco 4G & Aqua Viturbo smartphones with Android Lollipop

Yesterday, the Intex Technologies had launched the dual speaker smartphone for music lovers, which was called as Intex Aqua Music at Rs. 9,317 and is available for purchase through Amazon India. Now, the company has announced the another two new smartphones in the part of Aqua series with an entry-level specifications named as Intex Aqua Eco 4G & Aqua Viturbo. They have been listed on their company’s website and are priced at Rs. 3,949 & Rs. 3,330 respectively. Both smartphones are running on the Android 5.1 Lollipop out of the box and will be available in Black and blue color variants.

Both smartphones sports a 4.0-inch IPS display with the resolution of 800 x 480 pixels and offer 233 PPI of pixel density. They have been using the screen-to-body ratio up to 57%, 16M colors and Touch up to 2 Fingers. Under the hood, it comes powered on the Intex Aqua Eco 4G smartphone is Spreadtrum SC9830A quad-core processor that clocks at 1.5GHz while on the Aqua Virurbo has a Spreadtrum SC7731G quad core processor that clocks at 1.2 GHz. Both paired with Mali 400 Graphics.

The both smartphones support dual SIM dual standby and offers 4G LTE network on Intex Aqua Eco 4G, while on the Aqua Viturbo is limited to 3G connectivity. The other options include on the smartphones are Bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Micro USB Port, 3.5mm audio jack, FM Radio and A-GPS. The SAR Value of the Aqua Eco 4G smartphone body is 1.22W/Kg and head is 0.784W/Kg along with RoHS complaints. The Intex Aqua Viturbo has a Matrabhasha and Online Software update applications.

They have a built-in memory of the smartphones are 4GB and a 512 MB of RAM. Both can further be expanded up to 32GB via microSD card slot. The Intex Aqua Eco 4G smartphone comes packed with a 1400 mAh capacity battery that can produce a talk time up to 6 to 8 hours and standby time up to 130 to 150 hours. While on the Intex Aqua Viturbo smartphone equipped with the slightly larger battery is a 2000 mAh battery, which will give a standby time up to 260 hours and delivers a talk time more than 5 hours.

Coming to camera department, the both handsets come with a VGA front facing camera for selfies and video chats. The Aqua Eco 4G smartphone bears a 2-megapixel primary camera with LED flash while on the Intex Aqua Viturbo smartphone has a 5-megapixel rear camera with dual LED flash. Both devices can record videos in 720p at 30 frames per second. The Aqua Eco 4G smartphone has 10.3mm thickness and is weighing around 121 grams. While on the Aqua Viturbo comes with a 10.45 mm of thickness and 124 grams of weight.
