InFocus M820 is the latest smartphone to be spotted on GFXbench. It will be the successor for InFocus M812 that was launched in India in September at a price of Rs. 19,999. Compared with the M812, the M820 comes with high-end specifications, and we can expect the device to be priced higher than its predecessor. This will be first the InFocus smartphone to come with Android 6.0 Marshmallow of the out-of-the-box with InLife UI laid on top.

It features a 5.7-inch Quad HD (2560 x 2440 pixels) display which gives more detailed outputs. Under the hood, the M820 is powered by the 64-bit Snapdragon 652 octa-core processor clocked at 1.7GHz along with Adreno 510 GPU. This is the same processor that was launched as Snapdragon 620 but later renamed to Snapdragon 652. The device offers 3GB of RAM and 32GB of built-in storage.

There is no information regarding the availability of the MicroSD card slot. Cameras on this device have seen serious upgrades, the 13MP rear camera on M812 is upgraded to 16MP (listed as 15MP) on the M820 that can record videos in 4K resolution. On the front is the 13MP sensor (listed as 12MP) that can capture high quality selfies and can record videos in 4K. The InFocus M820 offers single SIM support with 4G LTE connectivity.

A couple of days back, a new budget-centric smartphone InFocus M460 was spotted on the same GFXbench with some decent specs. It comes with a 5.5-inch HD display along with MediaTek MT6735 quad-core processor. It has the same 3GB of RAM as on M820, but the storage is limited to 16GB. It packs an 8MP front and rear cameras that can record videos in 1080p resolution. As it is the case with the many other devices, we also expect them to be unveiled at the upcoming MWC 2016. Stay tuned for more updates!
