U Health is one of the applications that is available on UMI Iron. This application is used to track the heart rate and stress rate on your device. To use this feature on your device, you need to open the U Health app.

Heart Rate:

Open the U Health, once you are on the home screen of the app, you will find two options, i.e., Heart rate and Stress. If you want to calculate the Heart Rate tap on the heart rate button which is on the bottom left on the screen. When you tap on heart rate, a pop-up appears with a message stating ”Place your finger on the sensor. The measurement will start automatically.”

There is one more note written in the pop-up i.e.; ”This app is solely intended for fitness and wellness purpose only and is not intended for use in the diagnosis of disease or other condition, or in the cure”. There is checkbox ”Do not show again” if you select that you will not get the pop-up for the next time. Now tap on the OK button in the pop-up to proceed further. Place you finger on the sensor that is on the left side of the front camera.

If you don’t place the finger properly, then a new pop-up appears stating “Make sure your fingertip is on the center of the sensor. Do not move and Do not press too hard.” Now click on OK button to proceed. Place the finger on the sensor, the screen will turn into measuring mode and once it’s 100% then a finished message and heart rate is displayed on the screen. The screen will also display the previous heart rate below the line on the same screen.

Stress Rate:

Open the U health app, tap on the Stress button that is on the bottom right of the screen. Click on the ok button on the screen. Now place your finger on the sensor that is on the left of the front camera. Wait until the measurement process continues. Once, it reaches 100% a message stating finished, and the reading is displayed on the screen. The stress Rate is in the form of level from normal to high with color representation, i.e., green, yellow and red. It is the accurate reading but not the exact reading, so don’t get tensed about the stress level displayed on screen.
