Samsung Galaxy S8 and the S8 Plus, both the smartphones are expected to hit the market really hard. We have seen a ton of leaks about the devices till now and they all look very promising. Talking about the leaks, we knew pretty much everything about the device except for the pricing, but now we also have a price list, thanks to Evan Blass. The famous leakster has yet again given us more info about the smartphones via his tweets, including the color options as well as pricing.
Evan Blass first tweeted out an image which shows both the Galaxy S8 as well as the Galaxy S8 Plus in various different colors. As you can see from the image below, both the smartphones pretty much looks the same and matches all the leaks which we have seen till now, which is always a good sign. Both the smartphones will be available in three different color options i.e. black sky, orchid grey and arctic silver (left to right). None of these colors are new from Samsung but the names surely are.
Although the smartphones look identical, keep in mind that they vary in sizes as the Plus variant is expected to be significantly bigger than the smaller one. The ones on the top row in the image are the Galaxy S8s and the bottom ones are the Galaxy S8 Plus. Now that we know what they will look like in different color options, let’s take a look at the prices, which is something we all have been waiting for. Evan Blass also tweeted out the price list for the devices just minutes after he tweeted out the images.
S8 – 799€
S8+ – 899€
DeX – 150€
GearVR – 129€
Gear360 – 229€ https://t.co/vVm6DRMkX5

According to him, the price for the Galaxy S8 will be 799 Euros whereas the Galaxy S8 Plus will cost a 100 Euros more priced at 899 Euros. Talking about the pricing, it roughly translates to about 56,000 INR for the Galaxy S8 and 63,000 INR for the Galaxy S8 Plus. Definitely, the prices will vary once it officially lands here in India, but as of now, this is what we have to work with. If the company manages to price the Galaxy S8 within 55,000 INR and the Galaxy S8 Plus within 65,000 INR, then no doubt we have a winner here. These prices may sound like a lot but considering the fact that current Gen iPhones and Pixels are priced so aggressively, this will take the market by storm.
Along with the smartphone pricing, Evan also gave away the price for the DeX which is expected to be a desktop dock extension for the smartphones. It looks like it will be priced at 150 Euros and the GearVR and Gear360 will cost 129 Euros and 229 Euros respectively. The Gear360 pricing seems to be price cut since the Gear 360 Pro is expected to arrive very soon. With that said, be sure to let us know what do you think about this. Would you be picking up the Galaxy S8 or the S8 Plus and if yes, then in which color. Be sure to let us know by dropping a comment down below and also stay tuned to PhoneRadar for more info like this.
