The new iPhones are selling like hot cakes, and there is the huge demand for most of the variants. So if you got your device, then one thing to look out for the is Yellow tint on display. Yes, this is certainly not the first time that we are hearing a new about the devices having a yellow tint. In fact, the iPhone 4 also had a similar issue. The reason for that was the bonding process of the display was not finished properly.
And the fact that the company is having such a huge demand for these smartphones now and how they are rushing to meet the requirements make it much more clear that this could very well be the reason. And if that’s the reason behind the Yellow tint on your iPhone 7 or iPhone 7 Plus display then all you have to do is wait for a couple of days until it settles downs properly. But on the other hand, if it is not happening then you might want to do this quick fix to get the desired result.
Head over to the Settings on your iPhone and go to General > Accessibility. Tap on the Display Accommodations and go to Color Filters. Now toggle the color filters on and select the filter and reduce the amount of filter on the screen by sliding the hue bar. Suit this to the level where you feel comfortable and then once done, slide the intensity level to low level. Doing this will change the effects making it a lot cooler. Do make sure that you don’t overdo the adjustment and stop accordingly.
This should help you with the issue and as mentioned earlier, if the issue is due to the glue then let it dry and it will be just fine. But if in case both the methods don’t work then all you can do is go to an Apple store and get the device checked and get a new one maybe if it is necessary. So do let us know if you facing any issues and what have you done to rectify it.
