Apple iPhone 6s & 6s Plus Launched – Pricing in US, UK, China & Others

As announced earlier, Apple has launched their latest iPhone 6S and iPhone 6S Plus. The company also unveiled it’s larger iPad Pro along with a new iPad Mini 4. As rumored suggested, the new smartphones come with 3D Touch Display and exclusive Aluminum alloy. For the first time, the Apple iPhone 6S and iPhone 6S Plus comes in all new Rose Gold color along with the Silver, Gold, and Space Gray.

The 3D Touch display a.k.a Force Touch Display can detect the pressure used for the touch, you can set the long press of Apple Music icon to open any other app. The latest iPhones come powered by the latest 64-bit A9X chip that is almost 1.8 times faster A8X chip used in the iPhone 6. The fingerprint sensor on the iPhone 6S an iPhone 6S Plus is upgraded to the 2nd Gen Touch ID that is twice as fast at recognizing your fingerprint.

It has a 12MP iSight rear camera sensor instead of an 8MP sensor and 2GB RAM capacity. With the 12MP iSight sensor, the iPhone 6s and 6s plus can record videos in 4K resolution. On the front is a 5MP selfie camera which makes the display acts a flash while capturing the Selfies. The new iPhones will analyze the color of the room to set the color of the flash that can give upto 3X more brightness than the normal display brightness.

The battery on the new iPhone 6S has just a 1,715mAh capacity compared to the 1,810mAh battery on the iPhone 6. The iPhone 6S Plus will have a battery of 2,750mAh where the iPhone 6 Plus has a battery of just 2,910mAh.

The Wi-Fi on this device can also support up to 866 MBPS and upto 300MBPS using 4G LTE. The iPhone 6s will cost $199 and iPhone 6S Plus will cost $299 for the 16GB variants on a 2-year contracts. The device can be pre-ordered starting from 12th and will the first stock will be available starting from September 25th in the US. The iPhone 6S and iPhone 6S Plus will run on the latest iOS 9 and will be available for all starting from September 16th.
